• Daily Rate While You’re Away: $45/day For just $45 a day while you’re out of town, we’ll handle two crucial aspects:

  • Emergency On-Site Support: Should an urgent issue arise at your property, we’ll be there to provide immediate on-site support to address the situation.
• Large Maintenance Emergencies: While our daily rate covers emergency on-site support, larger, more complex maintenance emergencies that require extensive work will result in additional hourly costs. We’ll always communicate clearly about any potential additional charges.
• Annual Fee (After First Year): $200/year After your first year with our intermittent coverage, there’s an annual fee of $200.
